Games+Learning+Society Conference
I served as co-chair for the 11th annual Games+Learning+Society Conference, held in Madison, WI in July 2015. GLS is one of the top destinations for people who create and research high-quality digital learning media. The conference is best known for its high quality program, top notch attendees list, playful atmosphere, and great food. Each year, GLS fosters in-depth conversation across diverse disciplines including game studies and culture, game design, learning sciences and education research, industry, and policy. In addition to co-chairing the conference, I served four years as the proceedings editor and conference day captain.
